Estos Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso y el uso del sitio web de Recetio (el «Sitio Web») y, en su día, del servicio que ofrecerá. Al usar el Sitio Web aceptas estos términos. 1. Objeto del servicio
Recetio es un servicio que genera planes de comidas semanales y listas de la compra adaptados al supermercado elegido por el usuario y a sus preferencias dietéticas. El Sitio Web ofrece información sobre el servicio y permite apuntarse a la lista de espera.
2. Estado del proyecto y precios
El servicio se encuentra en fase de validación previa al lanzamiento y aún no está disponible para su contratación. Los precios que se muestran son orientativos, corresponden al precio de lanzamiento previsto y están sujetos a cambios hasta que el servicio se comercialice.
3. Registro y lista de espera
Para apuntarte a la lista de espera facilitas tu correo electrónico. Te comprometes a proporcionar datos veraces y a ser titular del correo indicado. Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento desde el enlace incluido en cada comunicación o escribiendo a nuestro correo de contacto.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a hacer un uso lícito y de buena fe del Sitio Web y a no emplearlo para actividades ilícitas, ni a intentar dañar, sobrecargar o acceder de forma no autorizada a sus sistemas.
5. Propiedad intelectual
Los contenidos, marcas, logotipos, el personaje «Coco» y el diseño del Sitio Web pertenecen a su titular o a terceros que han autorizado su uso. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o transformación sin autorización expresa.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
Los planes de comidas y las listas de la compra tienen carácter meramente informativo y no constituyen asesoramiento médico, nutricional ni dietético. Las personas con condiciones de salud, alergias o intolerancias deben consultar a un profesional cualificado. El titular no garantiza la disponibilidad ininterrumpida del Sitio Web ni se responsabiliza de los daños derivados de fallos técnicos ajenos a su control.
7. Derechos de los consumidores
Cuando el servicio se comercialice, a las personas consumidoras les asistirán los derechos reconocidos por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), incluido, cuando proceda, el derecho de desistimiento. Las condiciones concretas de contratación se publicarán antes de que el servicio esté disponible.

10. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Barcelona, salvo que la normativa de protección de los consumidores establezca otro fuero.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Recetio website (the «Website») and, in due course, the service it will offer. By using the Website you accept these terms. 1. Purpose of the service
Recetio is a service that generates weekly meal plans and shopping lists tailored to the user's chosen supermarket and dietary preferences. The Website provides information about the service and lets you join the waitlist.
2. Project status and prices
The service is in a pre-launch validation phase and is not yet available for purchase. Prices shown are indicative, reflect the expected launch price and are subject to change until the service goes on sale.
3. Registration and waitlist
To join the waitlist you provide your email address. You agree to provide accurate data and to be the owner of the email given. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each communication or by writing to our contact email.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it for unlawful activities or to attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to its systems.
5. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, logos, the «Coco» character and the design of the Website belong to its owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
The meal plans and shopping lists are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, nutritional or dietary advice. People with health conditions, allergies or intolerances should consult a qualified professional. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and is not liable for damages arising from technical failures beyond its control.
7. Consumer rights
When the service goes on sale, consumers will have the rights granted by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal. The specific purchase terms will be published before the service becomes available.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
